Are you looking for a new role in the heart of Newcastle?
We have an excellent opportunity to join a successful and well established boutique Accounting practice in Newcastle CBD. They are currently seeking an Accountant / Senior Intermediate Accountant to service a varied portfolio of SME business and private clients. It will involve providing the full range of advice and services including complex tax returns, investments, BAS, IAS, and business services and start up consultations, lodging tax returns, and liaising with the ATO.
The accounting team enjoys excellent administrative support and resources, to ensure you’re working as efficiently and effectively as possible for your clients. They are a growing mid sized firm with a strong marketing strategy that ensures a good flow of new clients.
Suitable candidates must are likely to be CA/CPA qualified with 2-3 years + professional practice accounting experience. You will need to have excellent organisational skills in order to meet multiple deadlines. You will be energetic with strong client and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a vibrant up-beat team environment.
Please note - this is not a remote position. This is a full-time role and you will be required to work in the Newcastle office, however there will be some flexibility with working from home 1-2 days per week. On-site parking can be included if necessary.
