The role

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial and Residential Strata Claims
• Ensure claims are managed efficiently, compliantly, and within SLA
• Handle claims within authority limit and manage stakeholder relationships

About you

• 1-2+ years’ Property/Strata/Home and Contents claims experience
• Strong policy interpretation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage workloads, people, and stakeholders
• Someone who shows initiative and loves working in a team
