In this professional team and with an existing claims team in place, our client is growing and are seeking other like-minded Property Claims professionals to join the team.
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be:
- Assessing and validating Property claims by gathering necessary documentation and conducting investigations
- Liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions
- Keeping the brokers informed and managing expectations throughout the claims process
- Ensure compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency

- Proven experience working within Property Claims
- A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations

- The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
