In this professional team and with an existing claims team in place, our client is growing and are seeking other like-minded Property Claims professionals to join the team.
  
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be:

• Assessing and validating Property claims by gathering necessary documentation and conducting investigations
• Liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions
• Keeping the brokers informed and managing expectations throughout the claims process
• Ensure compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience working within Property Claims 
• A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
