As a Recoveries Claims Consultant, you will be a key player in the Motor Commercial insurance claims team, managing and driving the recovery process for motor claims. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize claims recoveries while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Your Duties:

• Investigating and assessing motor insurance claims to identify recovery opportunities.
• Negotiating with third parties, including insurers, loss adjusters, and solicitors, to recover claim costs.
• Collaborating with the claims team to gather essential documentation and evidence.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claims records.
• Assessing the viability of legal action and liaising with legal counsel when needed.
• Providing regular updates to clients, brokers, and management on recovery progress.
• Staying up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recoveries or commercial motor claims, with direct client interaction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to handling litigated claims and working with legal teams is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
