Our client, a leading national Strata insurance brokerage are seeking a Senior Strata Account Executive with a strong technical understanding of strata insurance products, policies and regulations.
  
Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality insurance solutions and exceptional service to the clients.  You will also have two direct reports, so this will be an excellent opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience. 
  
You will be:
  • Managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to key strata clients 
  • Leading, mentoring and guiding Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives in order to achieve success
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders, including underwriters and claims specialists, to negotiate competitive terms and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients 
  
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Strata Insurance Broker
  • Tier 1 insurance broking qualification and ideally Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline and/or other relevant qualifications (e.g. ANZIIF)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • The ability to manage a team in a flexible work environment
