Due to continued growth, our client — a highly regarded and well-established Australian insurance brokerage — is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their friendly Parramatta office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing relationships, delivering great client outcomes, and working within a positive team culture.

You’ll manage an established $500K SME and Mid-Market portfolio across a broad mix of industries, with support from a dedicated team so you can focus on your clients and growing relationships.

The Role In this role, you will:
  • Manage an existing portfolio of SME and Mid-Market clients
  • Handle a broad range of General Insurance products including Liability, ISR, Financial Lines, Motor, BizPack and other commercial products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage renewals, endorsements, and support claims processes
  • Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio growth
  • Deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • An experienced commercial insurance broker with ideally 8+ years’ experience in the Australian insurance market
  • Tier 1 qualified
  • Confident managing SME and Mid-Market clients
  • Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and client-focused
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a positive and collaborative team environment
