Currently an Assistant Account Executive and looking to develop?
Our client is a well-established, international general insurance broking firm.
Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the fast paced team as an Assistant Account Executive.
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be supporting a highly experienced Account Manager and be responsible for day-to-day servicing of a large general insurance book of business.
You will also be:
- Liaising with clients and other brokers and process new business and renewals
- Assisting in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the system
- Coordinating with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolving any policy-related issues
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Experience as an assistant broker within a broking firm and be open to completing Tier 1 qualification if not already obtained
- Basic knowledge of Commercial SME and Personal Lines business (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
