Assistant Account Executive

Permanent/ Full time

You will play a crucial role in supporting Senior brokers in managing large corporate client accounts.

Our client is a well-established, international general insurance broking firm.

Due to growth, they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the fast paced Corporate team as an Assistant Account Executive.

You will be supporting a highly experienced team of experienced brokers and be responsible for day-to-day servicing of a large general insurance book of business.

You will also be:
  • Liaising with clients and other brokers and process new business and renewals
  • Assisting in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the system
  • Coordinating with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolving any policy-related issues
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Ideally you will have:
  • Experience as an Assistant Account Executive within an insurance brokerage
  • Tier 1 qualification highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of General Insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
