Dispute Resolution/Internal Review Specialist – CTP

• Hybrid work - 2/3 days from home
• CTP Insurance experience essential

Our international and well regarded insurance client are seeking a Review Specialist to join the CTP/Personal Injury team.

You will be:

• Preparing Certificates of Determination and conducting independent internal reviews of claim decisions
• Liaising with customers, legal representatives, and stakeholders throughout the internal review process
• Responding to legal submissions for applications lodged with the Personal Injury Commission
• Adhering to strict compliance within legislative requirements and timeframes

Ideally you will have:

• Experience in NSW CTP/Personal Injury claims
• Legal qualification (highly desireable)
• Confidence in interpretating and applying legislation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative working style
