Manage your own portfolio of complex claims across Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), Management Liability, and Cyber for national and international insurer clients.

Working in a small experienced team who are growing, you will play a key role in evaluating coverage, manage litigation, and deliver fair, timely outcomes for clients.

You will also:

• Manage end-to-end claims for Financial Lines products
• Interpret policy coverage and provide clear, well-reasoned liability assessments
• Instruct and liaise with external legal counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and control claim costs, reserves, and timelines
• Maintain accurate and compliant claims documentation

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Recent Financial Lines claims experience from an insurer or TPA.
• Exposure to Lloyds of London market (highly desireable)
• Degree qualification (desirable)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and complex matters independently
• A commercial mind with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
