As a Motor Claims Specialist you will be responsible for managing and processing Heavy/Commercial Motor claims with a key focus on ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with company policies.

You will also be:

• Investigating claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information such as reports, images, and witness statements
• Liaising with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution of claims
• Assessing policy coverage, liability, and loss extent to determine claim validity
• Negotiating settlements in a timely and fair manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims

Ideally you will have:

• Recent proven experience in a Motor claims role
• A customer-first attitude
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
