Property Claims Executive

• Genuine Hybrid role - 2/3 days in CBD office. -SYD/MLB office
• Property Insurance claims experience essential

Our client is a thriving and highly reputable insurance business in a growth phase and are now looking for a Property Claims Consultant to join the team.

You can be located in either the Sydney or Melbourne CBD office.

As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be:

• Handling end-to-end claims
• Appointing and managing loss adjusters and service providers where appropriate
• Conducting thorough investigations into claims, including site visits if required, to assess validity and value
• Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Maintaining accurate records and prepare detailed reports for internal and external use

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Proven and recent experience in Property claims within general insurance
• A strong understanding of Property insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously under tight deadlines
• High proficiency in claims management systems and standard business software (e.g., MS Office)
