Our client is a thriving and highly reputable insurance business in a growth phase and are now looking for a Property Claims Consultant to join the team.
You can be located in either the Sydney or Melbourne CBD office.
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be:
- Handling end-to-end claims
- Appointing and managing loss adjusters and service providers where appropriate
- Conducting thorough investigations into claims, including site visits if required, to assess validity and value
- Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Maintaining accurate records and prepare detailed reports for internal and external use

- High proficiency in claims management systems and standard business software (e.g., MS Office)
