This is a well-regarded underwriting agency which has ambitious plans for growth. They have established themselves as a favourite of the brokers and have solid relationships upon which to build.

Currently, they are seeking a Sales and Service Underwriter to join the New Business team.

Your role will be:

• Providing a high level of support to your allocated broker panel
• Liaising collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Underwriting new residential strata risks within your delegated authority
• Assist in constantly working to raise service standards
• Maintain high levels of attention to detail and time management

To excel in the role, you will have:

• A minimum 12 months general insurance sales experience within Home/Property OR have some Underwriting experience and looking for development
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A sales mindset
• A competitive nature that ensures you are constantly striving to improve your own performance and build profitable growth within your portfolio
• A strong team mentality
