About the Role

As a Senior Facultative Casualty Underwriter, you will:

✅ Underwrite new and renewal Casualty Facultative risks, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategy.
✅ Develop & maintain strong broker and client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
✅ Prepare quotations and conduct portfolio analysis to enhance underwriting approaches.
✅ Attend industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence
✅ Collaborate with internal teams, sharing technical expertise and mentoring junior underwriters.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 7 - 15 years of experience in Underwriting or Broking large corporate Casualty, Financial Lines, or Facultative Reinsurance.
✔ Strong background in D&O, Professional Indemnity, or broad Casualty risks.
✔ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
✔ Sales & marketing mindset with the ability to develop business relationships.
✔ Willingness to travel occasionally to service clients and attend market events.
