To excel in the role you will have:

• A Law Degree and proven experience working within Personal injury/Liability claims
• A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
