Senior Travel Claims Consultant

• Collaborative, high-performing claims team
• Genuine Hybrid role - 2/3 days in CBD office, rest from home
• General insurance claims experience essential - W/comp exp not considered

As a Senior Travel Claims Consultant within a growing and reputable team and business, you will be responsible for a portfolio of claims to settlement, making informed technical decisions and providing exceptional customer service as well as:

• Reviewing and assessing all relevant claim documentation
• Determining liability and investigating further where required
• Communicating with clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

To excel in the role, ideally you will have:

• Recent Corporate Travel/Personal Accident claims experience (sports injury/loss of income claims experience desirable)
• Excellent analytical skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
• Strong time management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• The ability to help make insurance claims engaging, modern, and customer-centric
