Our client, a leading Strata Insurance Brokerage is looking for an experienced Claims Team Leader to lead, mentor, and develop a growing Commercial and Residential Strata Claims Team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance team management, technical claims oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

The role

• Lead and develop a team of Commercial and Residential Strata Claims professionals
• Ensure claims are managed efficiently, compliantly, and within SLA
• Handle complex claims, escalations, and stakeholder relationships
• Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Support a positive, sustainable team environment with a focus on wellbeing

About you

• 3+ years’ Property/Strata/Home and Contents claims experience, with at least 12 months' leadership exposure
• Strong technical knowledge and policy interpretation skills
• Proven ability to manage workloads, people, and stakeholders
• A natural leader who builds strong, engaged teams
